Supergluing skills

You know, like nun-chuck skills, bow-hunting skills, computer hacking skills…

-Napoleon Dynamite

8 Months Ago: I’m trying to super-glue a Red Stripe carving to a “Want to Sue?” magnet from the Yellow Pages. The plan is to make a Red Stripe refrigerator magnet. I set the glue tube on some junk mail, as I expect it to drip a bit while I put the pieces together. It empties itself onto the mail. Glue runs off the mail, and under my wallet, super-gluing my wallet to the counter.

2 Weeks Ago: I stop using my damaged wallet, and switch to the Bernhardt Office Supply Money Clip Wallet. I throw my old wallet on the counter in a pile of junk…

Today: I’m trying to super-glue a flipping picture frame. (Gosh!) I set the glue tube on some junk mail, as I expect it to drip a bit while I put the pieces together…

… and nothing is inappropriately glued to anything else!

  1. Sounds like you have a problem.. I’d say stop with the glue and move to tape, but that’s just my expert Dr. Phil advice.
